Deep H20 - A high intensity non-impact total body workout. With the assistance of flotation devises (which are provided) participants are given the opportunity to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

H20 Aerobics - A high energy shallow water workout that focuses on cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and toning. Perfect for non-swimmers!

High Quality H2O - A powerful 1 1/2 hour workout that utilizes both shallow and deep water. This total body, high intensity workout includes a tremendous cardiovascular segment as well as segments to strengthen and tone.

Hydrobics - A moderate to medium intensity class that provides gentle motion and activities to help flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and endurance. This is a great entry level class.

Arthritis - A low to moderate level water exercise class designed to increase range of motion and decrease arthritis pain.
