Class Descriptions:

Cross Training—a high-and low-cardio workout using karate based movements guaranteed to raise your heart rate
Power Training—creative body sculpting using hand held weights
Step Aerobics—medium to high intensity step movements to raise your heart rate and keep it up for the entire hour
Aerobics
—a combination of basic aerobic movements building in intensity-a great fat-burner
Kick Boxing
—a combination of kicking and boxing movements to raise your heart rate and give the entire body a challenging workout
Beginner/Low-Impact—a combination of basic aerobic movements targeted to those who are beginning a workout program
Gentle Yoga—basics of yoga designed for those beginning a fitness program or to compliment your current workout program.
Power Yoga—series of connected poses for a total body workout
Youth Aerobics—geared for fun for ages 10 thru 16 years
